My feet were really hurting. I’d been walking with 4 toe blisters for several days, and yesterday in an attempt to alleviate the pressure on them I’d loosened the heel lock lacing on the right foot worse affected. This had somewhat released the toes however had caused rubbing on the heel and another blister. I’d popped it twice, dressed it twice daily but it wasn’t going away unlike the toe blisters which were through the worst.

I was so grateful to reach the bed for the night. My phone has run out of battery and every 39,134 steps that day has been agony despite new shoes.
