SWCP day 39

Up at 0600. Out the door at 0710.

morning Boscastle harbour and entrance.

The horny bull at Beeny Cliffs was not apparent thankfully. Evidence of his excited chuntering up and down trying to get to the cows was evident – bent fence, churned mud and cowpats on the footpath.

Lots of zigzags up and down many times.

Great walking to Millock Haven. Cool geological features to keep one entertained.

Starting off with light rain it dries out soon enough, staying cool and windy all day. I kept my windproof layer on much of the day as the wind whipped away my body heat.

Wind strong enough

to blow waterfall sideways
and up.

Sun came out.

Cheered me up no end.

Two middle aged chaps mistook me for Graham. Their backs got my best Paddington Bear stare.

Scudding clouds in a blue sky.

Cheapest campsite so far- just £5 with free solar heated showers.
